We offer confidential Absentee and Telephone bidding for clients who are unable
to attend the auction. First-time bidders must agree to our Terms and Conditions
and submit our
Absentee/Phone Bid Form via this link. Bids may also be submitted
via fax to 504-617-6431 or 504-897-3808.

All online bidders are required to submit our
Online Bidding Approval Form to
complete the online registration process. Bids and registrations for online
bidding submitted after the deadline are not considered. Approvals are subject
to Neal Auction Company’s discretion. Please refer to your
Invaluable account to confirm approval.
Invaluable bidding requests are subject to
Neal Auction Company’s approval. Factors that may affect your approval include:
- 1. We are unable to
verify your contact information
2. Your online account is less than 3 months old
3. You have been approved for less than 100 online auctions
4. You have open disputes on your account
5. You have a history of late payments
6. You have submitted an incomplete approval form
Should any of
these apply to you, please register to bid using our
Absentee/Phone Bid Form.
In person and absentee/phone bidders agree to pay a buyer’s premium in
the amount of 25% of the hammer price on each lot up to and including $200,000,
plus 15% of the hammer price greater than $200,000. For payments made by cash,
check or wire transfer within 15 days of the auction, the buyer’s premium shall
be discounted 3% of this 25%.
Online bidding is available at a buyer’s premium in the amount of 28% of
the hammer price. A cash discount is not available for purchases made online.
