Polly Rolman-Smith, Furniture, Decorative Arts, and Material Culture Specialist, joined Neal Auction Company in 2016. Rolman-Smith came to Neal Auction Company after holding various curatorial positions in the museum field, specializing in exhibition production, research, publications, cataloguing, and collections management. She served as Exhibitions Coordinator at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, where she implemented a busy exhibition calendar and assisted with collections management and museum acquisitions. Prior to her position at the Ogden Museum, Rolman-Smith served as Special Projects Coordinator of Exhibits and Curator of Science & Technology at the Louisiana State Museum, where she worked for five years. While working at the Louisiana State Museum, Rolman-Smith gave several lectures, published an article in Louisiana Cultural Vistas, and made multiple media appearances, including an appearance in an episode of the Travel Channelís Mysteries at the Museum.

Rolman-Smith attended the University of New Orleans where she received a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology in 2008 and a Master of Arts in history, with a concentration in public history, in 2013. She grew up in Louisville, KY before moving to the New Orleans area when she was eleven years old.
