 Rachel Weathers, Director of Consignments at Neal Auction Company, has also worked with art and antiques in Texas and Louisiana for the last twelve years, including positions with several New Orleans galleries and the Public Art Coordinator in Dallas, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has done graduate work in Art History Department at Tulane University including teaching university classes and publishing several articles in scholarly journals.
Ms. Weathers has received a Connoisseurship Certificate from the Appraisal Studies Program in Fine and Decorative Arts at George Washington University, and has provided appraisal services through Neal Auction Company for many private collections in the New Orleans area during her three years with the firm.
