1.All absentee bids and/or telephone bids should be in our gallery by 5 P.M. the day prior to the auction. We may not be able to properly execute the bids received after that time.
2.All arrangements for bidding should be made as early as possible. You will receive a confirmation of our receipt of your bids/s via email. We review each bid and may need additional information to honor your bids.
3.Telephone bidding will be taken at the discretion of the Neal Auction Company. Each item must have a low estimate of at least $500.00 for all telephone bids.
4.We assume no responsibility for failure to execute bids for any reason whatsoever.
5.We reserve the right to require that advance bids be accompanied by a 25% deposit.

  Bids submitted during the auction may not be received.  Neal Auction Company encourages all bidders to submit absentee and telephone bid forms at their earliest convenience.

All Absentee/Telephone bids for the auction Saturday & Sunday sessions must be received by 5PM the Friday prior to the auction.  **Bids submitted following the Friday 5PM deadline may not be executed.**

In the event identical bids are submitted, the earliest bid received will take precedence.  In the event of a tie bid, live bidders and telephone bids, will take precedence over absentee and internet bids.

For payments made by cash, check or wire transfer within 15 days of the auction, the buyer’s premium shall be discounted 3% of this 25%.
