A Boston Classical Mahogany Card Table, c 1810-1825, attributed to the workshop of Isaac Vose, the foldover cross-banded top with rounded corners opening to a baize-lined surface, conforming frieze, raised on tapered pedestal ending in finely carved scrolled feet with casters height 30 in., width 36 in., depth 18in E1500-2500 Note: The upward scrolling feet seen in this example are very similar to those on a table in the collection at the Boston Museum of Art Three other tables, also attributed to Vose, have been sold in these rooms February, 1997 (lot 559) October 1992 (lot 443), and October 2004 (lot 968).
