A Chinese Archaistic White Jade Reticulated Plaque, the circular center carved with Wenshu riding a lion amid foliate scrolls and Buddhist emblems, the sides with four pierced ruyi heads, height 4 in., width 4 in., presented set within a carved wood stand, overall height 5 7/8 in.
- Provenance: Provenance : Estate of Merle Tennyson Montjoy (1920-2008), sold for the benefit of the Mississippi Museum of Art.
