A Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Covered Bowl, Chenghua mark but probably 19th c., the bowl with steep flared sides rising from a wide foot ring to an upright rim, decorated with scenic landscape vignettes, the fitted domed cover decorated with a mountainous landscape with figures and boats, the top with a cylindrical ring bearing apocryphal Chenghua mark, height 6 5/8 in., diameter 9 7/8 in. Provenance: Pennsylvania Collection."
