A Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Covered Meiping, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), probably 18th/19th c., elongated baluster body with splayed foot, molded foot ring, and tapering cylindrical neck, overall bird, peony and rock design, domed cover with a waisted knop finial, base with label reading "The Karl-Johan Thornander Collection 160", height 15 3/4 in. Provenance: The Karl-Johan Thornander Collection, Number 160; to Christie's Amsterdam, May 2, 2007, lot 126; to a Florida Collector."
