A Chinese Export Porcelain Armorial Soup Plate, probably late 18th c., the well painted with a central armorial shield containing a crowned lion rampant picked out in gilt and surrounded by three crosses on a black ground sur-mounted by a goose head and feather crest and supporting a seraph, the scalloped rim edged with a stylized feathered band in green and gilt, diameter 8 3/4 in.
