A Continental Baroque Carved Walnut Credenza, c 17th/18th c., probably Bavarian, the molded top above a hinged frieze panel and cupboard doors, the center stile with carved shield, the sides with relief carved figural busts, the back side with paneled cupboard doors centered with a large boss, molded, blocked base, the hinges of 16th c form, height 30.5 in., width 57 in., depth 27in E6000-8000 Provenance Purchased by William Randolph Hearst in the mid-1930s for San Simeon deaccessioned in the 1940s and acquired by an Indiana collector.
