A Fine American Ebonized and Gilt Metal-Mounted Salon Suite in the Louis XVI Style, mid-19th c., Philadelphia, attributed to Gottleib Vollmer, comprising a settee, a pair of armchairs and three sidechairs, the square backs having gadrooned crest rails, with finely molded and fluted frames, on conforming tapering legs, length 72 in.
