E6000-7500 Note: The Century of Revivals, Nineteenth Century American Furniture in the Newark Museum Exhibition Catalog illustrates on pg. 37 a documented Mitchell and Rammelsberg dressing bureau with several nearly identical features -notably the trailing floral and berry carvings mounted on the mirror frame and the three-quarter round fluted columns which flank the drawers. The dressing bureau being offered is lined with cedar, as is the illustrated example.
