A Fine Carved Chinese Ivory River Scene, 20th c., intricately carved throughout to depict a flowing river, a rocky bank issuing fruit-laden trees, and three flat bottom river boats laden with harvest being pulled up river by female figures, height 10 in., length 31 1/4 in. Note: Some restorations, presented on a fitted carved wood stand within a Queen Anne style two-piece vitrine (lacking glass), vitrine height 47 1/2 in., width 42 1/4 in., depth 19 3/4 in.
