A Fine Handel Table Lamp, 1923, the shade marked "Handel 1023", the base with impressed "HANDEL", the ring marked "Handel Lamps Pat'D No. 979664", domical reverse painted glass shade, "chipped" and lightly sand-finished and painted with a pair of parrots and a butterfly among branches of rose and yellow peony blossoms, set on a tall verdigris patinated metal base resembling a stylized hexagonal tree trunk, original fittings, height 23 in., depth 17.75 in.
