A Fine Set of Continental Lead Figural Groups, late 17th/early 18th c , probably by John Van Nost (1678-1710) or Arnold Quellin (1653-1686) one statue of two young game wardens, the other depicting a gardener and a lady, the surfaces of each appearing to be original, height of each 4 ft. 9 in. E25000/30000 Provenance: Estate of William M. Elkins Philadelphia, (inventoried c. 1780), thence by descent to his daughter, Elizabeth Elkins who had them installed at her summer residence, "Long Ledge", in Isleboro, Maine.
