A Fine Victorian Mahogany and Satinwood Console, mid-19th Century London, in the manner of Edward and Roberts, the segmented top radiating from a demilune painted with Prince of Wales plumes, the border decorated with beribboned flowers, the frieze centered a cameo of a young woman, the panels ornamented with various motifs inspired by the designs of Robert Adam, the square tapered legs displaying bellflower pendant chains, ending in spade feet, height 30in. width 39in. depth 19.5in.
