A French Bronze Full Length Figure of Helen of Troy, called Hélène, Debout Drapée, c. 1864, after Jean-Baptiste-Auguste Clesinger (French, 1814-1883), the classically draped beauty elegantly posed with one leg bent forward, and one hand absently toying with a long strand of pearls, her hair worn loosely tied back and crowned by a diadem, signed "J. CLESINGER", inscribed "F. BARBEDIENNE FONDEUR" on circular base, with "REDUCTION MECANIQUE/ A COLLAS/ BREVETÉ" seal on robe, "42" inscribed inside base, height 27 1/2 in., width 7 in., depth 7 in.
