Union Square, New York", with complete fittings, the domed hinged lid opening to a purple velvet lined interior; the front with twin doors revealing opening to a small cabinet containing twelve glasses etched with a Greek key motif and four stoppered decanters, probably Baccarat; the drawer fitted with three lidded argente bronze compartments divided by two narrow compartments, the whole inset with gilt bronze handles, height 15 in. width 17.5in., depth 9.5in.
