Note: A prolific foundry known for marking its pieces often, Kramer Bros. changed their stamp to read "Kramer Bros. Foundry" in 1904. Reference: Israel, Antique Garden Ornament: Two Centuries of American Taste, p. 222. Provenance: Descended in a New Orleans family.
