A Good George III Carved Mahogany Tester Bed in the Chippendale Taste late 18th century., appears to retain the original dentil-molded tester joined by tapered cluster column and feather-carved vasiform foot posts on a Marlborough foot, with original bracketed rails and plain tapered oak head posts, found with remnants of fabric hangings, generally in 'estate' condition, the melon-shaped headboard of a later date, height 106 in., width 73 in., length 72 in.
