A Group of Eight Japanese Cloisonné Enamel and Embossed Foil Ginbari Ovoid Vases, the first decorated with prunus blossoms on a dotted pigeon blood akasuke ground embossed with bamboo and magpie, foot rim marked "Japan Sato Cloisonné", height 5 in.; the second with koi fish swimming among water reeds, recessed base marked "Made in Japan", height 3 1/2 in.; the third with flowering plants, glued to stand, estate condition, height 5 1/8 in.; the fourth with egrets and irises, recessed base marked, possibly Yamatada, height 3 1/2 in.; the fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth variously decorated with flowering plants, heights 2 1/4 in., 4 5/8 in., 3 in. and 3 1/2 in. respectively, (8 pcs.)
