A Group of Three American Painted Steel Mesh Purses, c. 1925, including two marked "Whiting & Davis Co.", one having a silver ground with bright pink and purple flowers, an Art Deco-style silver metal frame and ball twist clasp, and the other brightly polychromed in pink, purple, and blue with fine fringe, and an ornate gilt metal floral design frame and finely wrought clasp, together with a small mesh purse, having a gilt metal frame showing traces of green enamel, and a green glass twist clasp.
