A Large George III Inlaid Mahogany Sideboard, late 18th/early 19th c., shaped top with bowfront center, frieze of four drawers, center with serpentine apron flanked by doors, tapering legs with collars, height 37 1/4 in., width 90 1/4 in., depth 31 in.
- Provenance: Provenance: Acquired from a Royal Street antiquarian by the present owner. Note: A "Hepplewhite Period" inlaid mahogany sideboard of nearly identical form to the lot seen here is pictured in Cescinsky. English Furniture, From Gothic to Sheraton, p. 358.
