A Louisiana Cypress Garde Manger, mid-19th c., the molded cornice of Classical inspiration above a screened upper cabinet with two drawers and a pair of cabinet doors below, over a scalloped apron on square molded legs, now with an appropriate salmon wash, height 76.5 in width 31 3-8 in., depth 15.682 in. E4000-6000 Note: Found in St. Martinville, LA. It is the only recorded Louisiana garde manger having a scalloped skirt.
