A Miniature Italian Inlaid Oak Coffer, early 19th c., the inlaid square top with fruitwood panels and arrowhead stringing above a fold out top and a blind drawer and another smaller drawer, ebonized molding on gilt bronze lion paw feet at front and bun feet to the rear gilt bronze shield-shaped escutcheons, topped by plumes and backed with mother of pearl, height 11 1/8 in., width 14 1/2 in., depth 10 in.
