A Monumental French Three-Piece Gilt Bronze Garniture Set in the Louis LXV Taste, 19th c., comprising a large mantel clock having a gilt bronze dial with enamel insets, the hour stamped "Vassi, Paris", the pierced case with brass grilles and wooden insets, surmounted by a triumphing cupid, on a conforming gilt bronze stand with scrollwork, together with a pair of seven-light gilt bronze candelabra, the scrollwork shaft issuing foliate shaped candle holders, clock height 33 in., width 19.75in., depth 11.75in., candelabra height 37.25in., width 17 in., depth 14 in.
