A Pair of American Patinated Bronze Two-Arm Argand Lamps in the Classical Taste, mid-19th c., the burners labeled "manufactured by H. N. Hooper & Co., Boston", the standards formed of plinths on square stepped bases below tapered fonts, the whole decorated with contrasting polished bands, with one pair of cut and etched glass shades and one pair replacement shades, now wired for electricity, height 16 1/2 in., width 18 in., depth 6 1/2 in. Note: one shade chipped.
