A Pair of American Rococo Laminated Rosewood Parlour Chairs, attributed to J. & J.W. Meeks, New York, each with pierced carved grape clusters, vines and central arched floral cartouche, rounded, scalloped seats raised on cabriole legs. E6000/8000 Provenance: Nashville's historic Belle Meade Plantation. Also exhibited at the Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art.
