A Pair of German Porcelain Five-Light Candelabra, late 19th/early 20th century., unidentified printed mark, in the manner of Meissen, each standard in the form of a tree trunk decorated with a vine of applied climbing roses and adorned with a pair of cherubs, one playing a clarinet, the other a flute, the scrolled foliate and floral branches issuing an integral drip pan and candlenozzle, on a rocaille plinth accentuated with gilt highlights, height 20.5in., diameter 14 in.
