Jackson (d. c. 1831), Baltimore 1803-15, 1817-31, Richmond, VA., 1815-1818(?), marked in script in conforming rectangle, "BALTIMORE" incuse and a flower bud between two leaves, downcurved fiddle tipped handle with short mid-rib, pointed shoulders, incised drop on the back of the oval bowl, the upperface of the handle engraved in script "W.M. Broaddus", length 15 1/4 in., weight 9.70 troy ozs.; together with a book on the history of the Broaddus family.
