A Rare American Renaissance Ebonized and Gilt-Incised Mahogany Center Table, late 19th c., Allen & Brother, Philadelphia, inset Breccia marble top over incised skirt with finely carved and enameled roundels of a Roman Emperor and blocks with lion masques; trumpet and urn-form supports each with four scroll brackets, incurvate stretcher centered by a foliate and shield-carved center; octagonal terminals, beehive-turned feet, retains original surface, height 28 in., width 42 1/2 in., depth 28 in.

- Notes: Note: The Breccia marble top, use of gilt incising, and bold ebonized accents in this table are very similar to elements in a center table also attributed to Allen and Brother from the Judith Hollander Collection.
