  • Notes: Note: Weed and Cornwell operated a fancy hardware store in Savannah selling sundries and coffee. They are mentioned in Confederate Civil War letters published as a group by J.H. Easterby, c. 1944, titled "Captain Langdon Cheves, and the Confederate Silk Dress Balloon".
