A Suite of Four American Rococo Laminated Rosewood Parlor Chairs, mid 19th Century attributed to John Henry Belter, New York, comprising one armchair and three side chairs in a pattern similar to the well- known parlor suite at Rosalie in Natchez, Mississippi, the rose- carved crest with scrolled stiles, serpentine seat and cabriole legs ending in casters, original finish, armchair height 43 in., side chair height approx. 36 in.
