E2000/4000 Note: Dr. Howard Buechner devoted Chapter III of his book Drysdale (1870-1934): Artist of Myth and Legend to a detailed description of the contents of this Guest Book and Scrapbook. The book documents a seven-year period of Drysdale's artistic career dating from 1920 to 1927. Patrons and fellow artists visited Drysdale in his studio regularly, often leaving their business card and a written comment. Also included in the guest book is a letter from New Orleans artist Bror A.Wikstrom, newspaper advertisements relating to activities in Drysdale's studio, W.E. Seebold, Art Dealer's business card and a vintage photograph of Andres Molinary in his studio.
