E500-700 Note: The author, artist, genealogist and historian Eleanor Lee Templeman (1906-1990), was a descendent of Colonel Richard Lee known as 'The Emigrant', who settled in York County, Virginia by 1642 Templeman worked as a commerical artist and later as an illustrator for U.S. Geological Survey.
