An American Clear Lacy Pressed Glass 'Acanthus Leaf and Shield' Pattern Covered Sugar Bowl, c. 1835-45, probably by the Boston & Sandwich Glass Co., with a round scalloped foot, octagonal body with galleried rim and open flower knob, diameter 5 in., note: large chips to knob and rim and crack in body, together with an American clear lacy pressed glass open salt on a fluted pedestal above an oval octagonal foot, c. 1835, height 2.5 in., length 3.5 in. (2 pcs.), together with an Anerican pressed glass covered bowl in a variant of the petal and loop pattern, c. 1860, the lid having a double tier profile surmounted by a simple finial, height 5 in., diameter 6.75 in. note: small chip to finial.
