An American Late Classical Mahogany Dressing Table, c. 1820, probably Massachusetts, ring-turned and baluster frame with boss corners, the supports having spiral reeding and sawtooth separated by blocks with bosses and foliate ormolu and headed by urn finials; the two drawer superstructure with side splashboards; a molded top above two drawers over one drawer flanked by figured pilasters raised on ring turned and spiral reeded legs connected by stretcher shelf, ball feet, height 59 in., width 37 in., depth 20 in.
