An American Modern Gothic Walnut Sideboard, c. 1875, probably Philadelphia, the castellated pediment with mixed wood floral marquetry panel above a rectangular shelf with spindled three quarter gallery supported by pierced brackets, the paneled back decorated with incising; a rose marble top over three marquetry frieze drawers, the central section with two drawers and open cupboard flanked by open cupboards over recessed paneled cupboard doors, on turned feet, height 62.5in., width 56.5in., depth 22in.
