An American Renaissance Carved Walnut Center Table, mid-to-late 19th c., attributed to Thomas Brooks, New York, the original oval walnut top above a molded frieze ornamented with panels and lozenges, the carved stem articulated with ring turnings, beads and lotus leaves, the outswept 'C' scrolled legs ornamented by scrolling leaves and beads, the underside affixed with what appears to be an institutionis inventory label, height 30 in., width 32 in., depth 22 in.
