An American Renaissance Carved Walnut Center Table, c. 1870, attributed to A. and H. Lejambre, Philadelphia, inset sardonyx top, "coin" and rosette-carved skirt, turned and blocked legs, S-scroll supports, cruciform stretcher, casters, height 30 7/8 in., width 42 1/4 in., depth 24 1/2 in.
- Notes: Note: The distinctive finial centering the stretcher on this table is identical to the finials on a pair of carved walnut urns by A. And H. Lejambre on the dining room mantel of the James Doherty House, (Rathborne collection). The blocks and feet on this table are also very similar to those on a rosewood table attributed to The Lejambre firm (Rathborne collection).
