An Empire Gilt Bronze and Paris Porcelain Five-Light Candelabrum, early 19th c., porcelain elements attributed to Jacob Petit, gilt bronze elements stamped ³LJ², possibly for Louis-Francois Jeannest, the scrolled branches issuing from a foliate bowl, baluster-form porcelain standard with raised and burnished gilt and finely painted floral decoration, gilt highlights, the stepped pediment on a square pedestal mounted with beribboned laurel berry wreaths on a square plinth, height 26 3/4 in., diameter 9 1/2 in.
