An Important Napoleon III Patinated Bronze and Marble Three-Part Figural Garniture, mid-19th c., after Joseph Raymond Gayrard, the centerpiece depicting a young shepherd protecting a maiden from a serpent, on an oval marble and ormolu base, height 26.25in., length 23 5in., width 11 in., the eight-light candelabra with ormolu arms supported by draped female caryatid figures, in patinated bronze, all three elements on flat-backed, three-quarter rounded marble and ormolu bases, height 31 in.
