An Impressive English Neo-Grec Silverplate Seven-Light Candelabrum, by Elkington and Co., Birmingham, 1866, beautifully detailed with a vasi form standard supported by sphinxes on an ornate tripod base, and having foliate scroll arms, the whole heavily decorated with anthemion motifs, beaded borders and wave moldings, height 24in., diameter 17.5in., note: repair to one handle of central vase. E2000- 3000 Provenance: Descended in the Bringier Family of Ashland/Belle Helene Plantation.
