An Indonesian Baktak Carved Wood House Post, Northern Sumatra, the intrinsic stump base issuing a male figure standing with knees slightly bent and hands resting on hips, his abdomen carved with a lizard, his back and shoulders with entwined snakes, the large head with a flattened top, height 59 1/2 in.
