An Ornate American Ormolu Four-Light Gasolier, mid 19th c., a variant of the grapevine pattern, with hollow stems to contain the gas tubing articulated as cornucopia issuing grapes and fruits, alternating with bronze-patinated stags' heads, the stem components featuring patinated trumpet -blowing cherubs in grape arbors, below acanthus and grape-wrapped balusters, surrounded by pendant grape clusters, later shades, height 47 in., diameter 33 in.
