  • Notes: Note: Colonel Constant Freeman served in the Revolutionary War and, in 1802, became a Lieutenant Colonel of the First United States Artillery and was Commander of Military Forces in New Orleans. He corresponded with Governor Claiborne on various military and civil issues and retired after serving in the War of 1812
