Very Rare American Rococo Carved and Laminated Rosewood Round Table, c. 1850-1860, attr. to John Henry Belter, New York, associated white marble top, foliate and floral apron, cabriole legs, scrolled stretcher with central floral basket, casters, h. 27 1/2 in., dia. 27 in. Provenance: The Service Collection, Estate of Grant A. Oakes, Warren, OH. Note: The sculptural aspect, carved details and balanced proportions on this table, are very similar to a table attributed to John Henry Belter, also from the Service Collection and sold in these rooms as lot 848, February 1, 2015 for $51,000.
