A Pair of Chinese Export Grisaille Decorated Porcelain Food Warmers, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), each bowl form body with pairs of strap handles raised on three short shaped feet, bowl insert, domed cover with dog finial, decorated along the cover and sides with prunus and iris sprays, height 6 3/4 in., diameter 7 5/8 in Provenance: Acquired c. 1920s-1930s; thence by descent in the family of Madelyn Cohn Cahn Conne Kiam Kreisler (b. 1890, New Orleans - d. 1975, New York).
