A Near Pair of Chinese Turquoise Blue Glazed Porcelain Bottle Vases, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), each globular body with a straight tapering neck, covered overall in a finely crackled turquoise glaze terminating above an unglazed base, each bearing old label reading "Ch'ien Lung", one with label reading "M. Conne", height 5 7/8 in. and 6 in., wood stands, overall height 6 3/4 in. and 6 7/8 in Provenance: Acquired c. 1920s-1930s; thence by descent in the family of Madelyn Cohn Cahn Conne Kiam Kreisler (b. 1890, New Orleans - d. 1975, New York).
