Provenance: Acquired from the artist by Charmaine Noel; thence to her friend Carolyn Callahan; thence to the current owner. Note : The title of this painting, which was written on the original backing board, now conserved with the painting and included in the current lot, refers to the small birdhouse depicted center left.
